Thank you for your interest in our facility. Please note that the Meet and Greet is the first step in our evaluation process. Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee a spot for your dog in our facility or secure an appointment. All forms are thoroughly reviewed by our staff, and we will reach out to you to proceed with scheduling. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us with your appointment details.

We require three vaccines to be current.

Many larger boarding facilities will require the kennel cough vaccine every six months due to the potential for infection. We find adhering to this policy greatly reduces the risk. Dogs can still contract kennel cough even when fully vaccinated. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information with any additional questions.

Disclaimer:

We do not accept dogs who show aggression towards other dogs or people. Our facility is not designed to board dogs separate from one another; it is essential that all dogs get along well in group settings.

Severe anxiety can cause stress for your dog and others. If we notice your dog experiencing extreme separation anxiety at any point during their time with us, professional training or vet prescribed anxiety medication may be required to improve their comfort and success in our environment before they continue in our facility.
